Flat Bamboo Molding

Description: These 2” wide strips of Guadua bamboo are available in three colors, natural, black and red-brown, and are perfectly straight. They are very easily installed as chair rails or edging on counters or tables. It is also ideal for trimming our decorative matting and bamboo plywoods.

Appearance: 2" wide strips of Guadua bamboo. Pale yellow color, and perfectly straight. More "finished" look.

Grade (Int. vs. Ext.): Great for both interior and exterior projects. For exterior projects, apply a coat of urethane for protection.

Fire Protection: Yes - sprayed or painted with Dura Series IV

Durability: Very durable, the hard skin of the bamboo is quite damage resistant, and once urethaned, will last quite well outdoors.

Size: 2" wide x 8' long x 1/2"deep.

Ease of Installation: Extremely easy to install with nails, screws, or staples. TIP: Help hide the nails or staples by firing them through the node of the bamboo strip.

Stainability: Can take a stain - prepare the strip by lightly sanding the surface.

Description: A mottled dark brown, green, and yellow 2” wide bamboo strip and more rustic in appearance than our Flat Bamboo Molding. They are very easily installed as chair rails or edging on counters or tables. It is also ideal for trimming our decorative matting and bamboo plywoods.

Appearance: Dark brown, green, and yellow mottled surface. Overall rustic appearance.
